Curious Cat (Catie): A short, chibi black cat with long whiskers and a large yellow ribbon tied to her long tail. She is the human protagonist who ends up trapped after viewing a cursed VHS tape. She is grumpy, anxious, and deeply focused on escaping, often acting recklessly to find a way out. And she knows her name but goes by Curious cat and she wrote her name in her bedroom on the roof so when she wakes up she never forgets Empathetic Elephant: A mature, patient elephant who reads newspapers to hide his face from Mother. He is one of the only characters aware of his true identity and often acts as a guardian to the other critters, especially helping Catie remember her name. Od-Dog: An enthusiastic, playful, and well-meaning anthropomorphic dog. While incredibly friendly and always trying to welcome new arrivals, he can be reckless and somewhat naive. Funky Monkey: A smug, sassy monkey who loves causing chaos. He acts as the mischievous class clown and uses "toon force" to get items out of nowhere. Foxtrot: An anthropomorphic pink fox with purple accents and a turquoise necklace. She is a caring and mellow individual who is sweet, but not afraid to put others in their place. Mighty Mule: A temperamental, blue anthropomorphic mule with a yellow bandana and a messy mohawk. Though easily angered—especially by Funky Monkey—he is generally stoic and helpful. Missy Mouse: A quiet, seemingly timid mouse who communicates entirely via squeaks and written signs. Despite her shy exterior, she has a cheeky side and has been known to pull pranks on the others. Posh Pine: An orderly, well-mannered European Pine Marten wearing a golden wristwatch. He is obsessed with being punctual, serves as a fatherly/older figure to Shy Shark, and enjoys playing the piano.Shy Shark: A timid character who often stays close to Posh Pine for comfort and guidance. Antagonists & Threats Mother: The main antagonist. She is presented as a gentle, patient, and motherly figure who ensures
