does Chase ease up at all or stay guarded the whole time

I think I like this one but I'm not totally sure how to read it yet. The setup has him already unpacked and working at the dining table when you first show up, which feels almost businesslike rather than tense. I only did one short session so far. Does he loosen up if you're around a while, or is the 'watching over you' framing pretty much the whole dynamic start to finish? Trying to figure out if it's worth committing to a longer thread with him.
