First impression is rough on purpose - she's waiting at the entrance just to get a jab in before class even starts, and it commits to that instead of hinting at the soft side too early like a lot of these do. Took a fair number of turns before any of the underlying care actually showed instead of just being told about in the description. Worth sticking with past the initial annoyance if that's the archetype you're after.
