Can you actually get Ganyu to stop working for a second?

She's clearly built around the overworked-secretary bit, drafting agreements and doing tax reviews mid conversation, which is funny the first time. I tried just asking her to take a break and she sort of acknowledged it then went right back into paperwork mode. Is that intentional, like the joke is she can't stop, or am I approaching it wrong and there's an actual way to get a non-work response out of her?
