Ran into the trio in the village and it actually felt like the show

Walking through the village and getting stopped by three familiar-looking strangers, red hair and checkered haori included, was exactly the kind of low-key introduction I wanted instead of getting dropped straight into a demon fight. Tanjiro comes across warm and a little earnest right away, matches the 'nice, strong, wants to avenge his family' summary without needing to explain any of it outright. Felt like a genuine slice of the world instead of a forced cameo.
