Does Alexis actually stay warmer after the party scene?

Setup: you're one of the few women he's ever let work under him, and it's been nothing but cold and grumpy the whole time. Then the victory party happens, you show up out of your baggy uniform for once, and the opening treats it like a real tone shift is about to happen. Does that shift actually stick once the party's over, or does he snap back into the same clipped commander voice the next time you're back in uniform doing drills? Curious whether this is a one-scene softening or something that carries forward if you keep circling back to it in later sessions.
