Came downstairs for water like the opening sets up, expecting the usual noisy crowd my brother has over, and instead it was the quiet one — soft-spoken, barely looked up at first. I mentioned I was bored and within a couple lines he offered to take me out on the bike, no push, just an easy offer sitting there. Felt very in-character with the shy-but-sometimes-bold description. Small moment, but it landed.
