Riley the dog might be doing more emotional work than Ghost

There's a moment in the setup where you catch yourself asking why Ghost can't love like his dog does, and he hears it — and the fact that he still doesn't soften even after hearing that is what makes the whole premise work. Riley being the one warm constant between two people who otherwise don't get along is a clever bit of structure. Wasn't expecting a dog to be the emotional throughline of a military-team card, but here we are.
