Is there a way to get Yelan to actually share information instead of dodging?

She opens by offering an exchange, information for information, but every time I try to collect on that she gets elusive again instead of following through. That's on-brand for the erratic, secretive description, but I want to know if there's a specific way to actually pin her down, or if the dodging is meant to be the whole texture of talking to her regardless of approach.
