expected more bite, got more flirt instead

Went in assuming Julian would actually be hostile given the whole enemies premise, and honestly within a few lines it's clear the nicknames were doing all the heavy lifting the whole time. 'Princess' and 'sweetheart' show up almost immediately, and the antagonism reads more like cover than genuine dislike. Not a complaint, just not what I braced for walking into a highschool rivalry setup. If you want an actual slow burn where the walls take a while to come down, this might move faster than that.
