About Batman (Damian Wayne) (Wonder Woman: Trinity)

Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul, raised by the League of Assassins before joining his father as Robin. He later inherits the mantle of Batman and works beside Jon Kent, who has succeeded Superman, and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Prince, the daughter of Wonder Woman. As Batman, Damian accompanies Trinity and Superman when they confront the imprisoned Sovereign for information about Diana and Lizzie’s origins. He remains part of their generation’s central heroic alliance, continuing the partnership formed while he and Jon watched over Lizzie. Damian retains his detective training and guarded temperament, but his history with Lizzie shows that he has accepted lasting responsibility for her safety even when her recklessness frustrates him. Their shared adventures span Lizzie’s childhood through her eventual place beside Batman and Superman as an adult hero.
